Gary Dean Construction is a Texas Limited Liability Company operated by Gary Dean. The company specializes large-scale remodeling and renovation projects throughout the Dallas, Texas area.

Gary Dean is native to Dallas, graduating from W. T. White High School in 1976 and from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1982.  

From 1975 until 1991, Gary was employed by Robert J. Skinner, Inc., a small and very successful custom residential home builder located in the Dallas area. His tenure with Robert J. Skinner provided Gary the opportunity to acquire an invaluable hands-on along with practical knowledge of residential construction management.

His responsibilities included the day-to-day operations and scheduling of all aspects of the custom home building process. Many of the professional relationships Gary maintains today were established during this early period of his career.

Gary Dean Construction is typically involved in no more than two to three projects at one time. This policy allows Gary to provide intensive daily supervision of the building process for each of his clients, a hallmark of his high standards for client service and attention to detail. This guiding principal proves to be extremely productive and beneficial for the homeowner. It is also among the reasons that Gary Dean Construction has enjoyed a steady stream of projects throughout the years obtained almost exclusively through client referrals.
