Yes and No. There will be a mess. However, Gary Dean Construction strives to keep your house a home, even when construction is taking place. Drop clothes, plastic static barriers and vent covers are used when necessary to insure your house stays as clean as possible during the process.

Have a pretty good idea of what you want to do and what your budget requirements might be for the project. Be prepared to share that information with us. Remember, we’re on your side and want to provide you with the nicest end product possible within your budget.

Design/Build relates to a means of construction that is becoming more and more widely used in today’s mid to high-end renovations and remodels. Design/Build allows you to be more involved in the fun part of construction…the ideas. Your vision, your dream. A Design/Build project is the total package…we provide you with an Architectural Designer that will be able to work closely with you in order to provide a truly unique and individual construction experience.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance for your protection and ours. At Gary Dean Construction, safety and security ALWAYS come first.

Most clients don’t, some always do. It’s totally up to you. It really depends on the size and scope of the work. We go out of our way to make sure that your house is as clean and secure as possible during the construction. Your house is secured by a site-foreman each day of construction when necessary.

All work is performed in a professional, workman-like manner by licensed sub-contractors affiliated with Gary Dean Construction. 

We can supply you with several different sources and will explain the process to you in detail.
